Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance and a diet plan?
It doesn't matter if you are looking to lose body fat, tone up, increase muscle mass become stronger, improve fitness or any other health and fitness goal, nutrition is an important aspect to achieve this. I therefore include nutritional advice with all my packages because I want my clients to get the results they deserve.
Do I have to have a certain level of fitness before I start personal training?
My personal training sessions are suitable for all ages and abilities. I have trained clients from complete beginners to high level athletes. I find it extremely rewarding making exercise accessible and fun to all training ages and abilities.
How are you different from a regular personal trainer?
I understand that for a lot of people they have more important factors in their life then just exercise and nutrition. This is why I help my clients with realistic training programmes and nutrition, to complement their work and family lifestyle.
Where is your private studio?
My personal training private studio is located in Broadfiedls, Exeter.
Do you offer small group PT sessions?
